How you’ll make an impact:
• Shape a positive, welcoming dining experience where our students can enjoy fresh, nutritious meals
• Lead and inspire your talented team, creating a strong, supportive culture and high performing environment
• Take full ownership of the catering operation, ensuring a smooth, efficient service
• Drive standards across food quality, presentation and customer experience, making lunchtimes the highlight of the school day
• Manage stock, ordering and budgets effectively to keep the catering operation running efficiently and sustainably
• Champion food safety, hygiene and compliance, ensuring a safe, organised and well-run environment
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 32.5 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
Salary: £15.00 Per Hour | £21,742.50 Per Annum

The ingredients you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in a Catering Manager or senior kitchen operation role
• Experience within an education setting is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and financial management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• A passion for delivering high-quality food and service
• Commercial experience with the ability to manage budgets, stock and overall performance
