You will focus on carrying out actively and responsibly the project-related activities that you will be involved in. Acting with progressively increasing autonomy, within multi-functional teams, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its alignment with the clients’ priorities, targets and needs.

Testers are first ambassadors of quality within the team, with the ambition to improve the overall quality of services. They work with dedicated teams to ensure that our developments are delivered according to our customers’ requirements. Testers are responsible for ensuring our software performs the way it is intended. This is achieved by developing testing plans, strategy, creating and executing various forms of manual or automated testing. They work side by side with our developer and functional teams as a bridge, connecting what has been developed in regards of our client’s functional.

Part of your activities will be:

• Be curious and passionate.
• Be enthusiast to start you journey in software testing.
• Work on functional testing activities, including test case design, execution, monitoring and reporting to verify software functionality.
• Manage and track defects, perform root case analysis and collaborate with development and design teams to resolve issues.

Additionally, as an Experienced Functional Tester you will:

• Contribute to define Test plan and Strategy.
• Perform Test Case Design based on the input specifications/ user stories.
• Test execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage and track defects, perform root case analysis and collaborate with development and design teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate needs to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, STEM & Business Administration.
• English proficiency;
• Availability to travel, domestically and abroad.
• Proactivity, genuine enthusiasm and curiosity, teamwork attitude.Interest in Software Quality and Testing.
• Good analytical skills, precision, self- management capacities and a strong goal- orientation inclination.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in Test analysis, Test design, Test Execution and Test Reporting.
• Good knowledge of popular test management tools ( such as Atlassian Jira, HP ALM, TestRail, etc.)
• The know-how on Test Automation is a plus.
• Excellent problem- solving skills, attention to detail and ability to think critically
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross- functional teams
• Good to have: ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
