Maintenance Supervisor

The company operates one of the largest and most advanced vertically integrated production facilities in Europe, delivering daily innovations and high-quality products using raw materials that raise the standard of quality in both the domestic and international markets.

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the mechanical and electrical maintenance team.
• Implement the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for mechanical equipment and production lines.
• Coordinate all relevant stakeholders (internal technicians, external contractors, and suppliers) to ensure rapid response to technical breakdowns, with the aim of optimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production operation.
• Coordinate the planning of spare parts inventory and propose minimum stock levels and criticality classifications for spare parts, based on failure/consumption history, lead times, equipment availability/criticality for production, and other relevant factors.
• Supervise and coordinate external technical contractors and service providers.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement and plant equipment upgrade projects.
• Ensure effective time management across maintenance activities, balancing priorities to minimize production impact and maximize resource efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial environment (experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals is an asset).
• Proven experience in supervising and coordinating a technical team.
• Hands-on mindset combined with a solid knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
