Assistant Manager (Commercial Leasing) - Shopping Arcades

The Job

• Implementation of leasing strategies and plans, for retail properties.
• Coordinate tenant sourcing, negotiations, documentation and day-to-day execution of leasing activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, rental benchmarking and provide recommendations of appropriate tenant mix.
• Handle leasing transactions including new letting & tenancy renewal under guidance
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance requirements
• Liaise with property management teams to monitor tenant performance, address issues, and ensure compliance with the policies and lease terms.
• Provide data and analysis for annual budgets/business plan.
• Prepare regular report including leasing status and pipeline reports.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Degree holder in Surveying /Business Administration /Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing.
• Previous exposure to shopping centre operations is highly preferred
• Mature and Self-motivated.
• Good connection with retail tenants
• Well versed with tenancy agreement and relevant legal documents
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Good PC knowledge.
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior Officer (Commercial Leasing).
