Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Commercial Manager in:

• Conducting menu mix analysis, product profitability reviews, and revenue growth management initiatives to maximize sales performance and profit margins.
• Building business cases and performing post-implementation evaluations for pricing, menu optimization, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitoring performance across dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and digital channels, and providing recommendations to optimize commercial results.
• Preparing sales projections for new product launches and coordinating with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure timely and successful launches.
• Supporting menu planning activities and the execution of pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Trade Marketing, or Finance functions, preferably within the F&B, FMCG, or Retail industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, numerically sensitive, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
