The Job
- Collect, update and analyze data, prepare capital valuations and feasibility studies.
- Assist in handling of land and planning matters of HS’s developments.
- Liaise with consultants to prepare the Deed of Covenant and calculate the undivided shares.
- To provide technical support in market research duties which includes collection, analyze and maintain a comprehensive data bank of market information.
- To provide technical support for PowerPoint presentation, presentation, preparation of statistics, plans for Management.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.
The Person
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines with at least 1 year’s relevant experience in valuation & feasibility studies, land matter or sale/acquisition of projects.
- Associate Degree/Diploma holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in valuation & feasibility studies, land matter or sale/acquisition of projects.
- Knowledge of MS Window applications, e.g. Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
