REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• Preferably 1 year of work experience in same or simillar positions
• Preferably knowledge of one foreign language
• Communication skills, friendliness, guest-oriented

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Professionally prepares mixed drinks in front of the guests at the bar
• Uses and understands professional terminology and ingredients for making mixed drinks and hot beverages
• Prepares and serves orders to waiters and guests, ensuring quality and drink standards
• Takes care of the cleanliness of the inventory and appearance of the workspace
• Knows and applies department SOP
• Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
