Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced IT Security professional to join our team, conducting independent security assessments for clients across industries. In this role, you will evaluate the effectiveness of client cybersecurity controls, identify gaps and risks, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to both technical teams and executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in information security
• At least 1-2 years of experience conducting autonomous IT security assessments
• Strong command of English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
• Ability to independently manage stakeholder interviews and engagement in remote environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify security gaps and control deficiencies
• Experience reviewing security documentation, controls, and testing evidence
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously

What Gives You an Advantage

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
• Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with Security Monitoring and Security Operations controls
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security concepts and cloud control frameworks
• Practical knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, particularly CIS Controls and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Experience working in consulting environments or delivering assessments across multiple clients and industries
• Exposure to international regulatory and cybersecurity compliance requirements

Your future role

• Conduct independent IT security assessments against client-defined security standards and requirements
• Manage stakeholder engagement activities and lead interviews with business and technical teams remotely
• Identify security gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement through documentation reviews, interviews, and control testing
• Assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls across key domains, including IAM, Security Monitoring, and Cloud Security
• Develop practical, risk-based recommendations aligned with CIS Controls, NIST, and industry best practices
• Prepare high-quality workpapers, assessment documentation, and executive-level reports
• Present assessment results, findings, and remediation recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support organizations in strengthening their cybersecurity posture and improving control maturity across critical security domains
