We are looking for a (Senior) HR Support Engineer & Solution Architect to lead and evolve our global HR technology landscape.

In this highly visible role, you will ensure our HR systems are scalable, secure, integrated, and aligned with business needs while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve our global HR systems portfolio and architecture.
• Design and govern end-to-end HR technology solutions and integrations.
• Serve as the technical lead for SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and related HR platforms.
• Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence, business continuity, and service reliability across global HR applications.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on architecture, security, compliance, and technology best practices.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Solution Architecture, Systems Integration, or Application Support.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including:
  • Employee Central
  • Recruiting
  • Performance & Goals
  • Integrations
• Proven experience with SAP HCM, HR system implementations, and global support environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in complex, international manufacturing environments is an advantage.
