Job Description Summary :
Handling Sinarmas Palm Oil Plantation area
Job Description :
- Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards
- Leading the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements
- Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set
- Fostering good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division
- Examine and sign all daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties
- Request non-harvest premium based on the work done
- Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual month
- Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy
- Having maximal 3 years of working experience as Assistant Agronomy
- Good in communication skill
- Willing to be located in All Sinarmas Operation Area
- Ready to be relocated according to company needs
