Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead on-site containment and resolution of quality issues for KD vehicle parts at Southeast Asia plants; coordinate with Southeast Asia plants and manage the IQC team’s on-site operations.
2. Serve as the key interface for quality issues related to KD models in Southeast Asia plants; drive supplier root-cause improvement through the Chinese-HQ SQE team.
3. Support pre-selection and nomination of localized suppliers in Southeast Asia. Lead APQP for localized Southeast Asia suppliers’ parts, including PV validation and PPAP approval.
4. Improve mass-production quality management for Southeast Asia suppliers, ensuring part consistency and process stability.
5. Drive corrective actions for aftersales/warranty quality issues with localized suppliers in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management. Strong knowledge of APQP development process for new vehicle programs, including process management methods and key control points.
3. Familiar with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3; experienced in supplier quality system audits.
4. Proficient in QC tools; skilled in 8D problem-solving and 5-Why analysis.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to use either Indonesian + Chinese or English + Chinese as working languages (spoken communication required).
