Execute sourcing activities for IT, technology and materials to meet operational requirements and liaise with suppliers & internal stakeholders to ensure product quality, compliance, pricing / cost efficiency and delivery. Process further and analyze the purchase request and its supporting documentation from internal stakeholders to maintain continuity of supply and accuracy in procurement records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- Able to liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing & procurement process (include governance / compliance process).
- Supplier relationship management.
- Multilingual / Bilingual communication skill.
- Negotiation skill.
- Experience using e-procurement platform & ERP tools (e.g. Coupa, SAP, etc.).
- Experience in reporting / administrative / contract processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management.
- Exposure to IT and technology sourcing categories is an advantage.
