Barista - Lampung Tengah

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Lampung Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for craft coffee beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Customer Service & Cashiering: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, process payments using the POS system, and address customer inquiries.
• Store Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, equipment, utensils, and guest seating areas.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar stock levels, ensure proper storage of ingredients, and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Sales Promotion: Actively promote special menu items, seasonal drinks, and pastry pairings to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational High School in Hospitality/Culinary is preferred). No prior experience is required, but previous barista or F&B experience is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Good communication skills, a friendly personality, and a strong passion for coffee and customer service.
• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to be stationed in Lampung Tengah.
