How can you make a difference?

The purpose of the consultancy is to support Sub-national (Provincial Education Offices) in strengthening governance, financing, planning, data systems, and quality standards of the school revitalization programme, to ensure equitable, efficient, and impactful implementation.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have...

Minimum requirements:

• • Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in education, educational planning, public policy, or other social science fields is required.

  • Work Experience:

  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education policy and planning related areas is required.

  • Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
  • Practical expertise and ability to evaluate existing educational policies, identify systemic gaps, and give actionable recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of national education goals, public sector budgeting, and institutional funding mechanisms.
  • Competence in gathering, analysing, and presenting educational and demographic data.
  • Experience working with sub-national government (Provincial/District)
  • Language Requirements:

  Proven experience of high-quality report writing and documentation supported by fluency in Indonesia and English (verbal and written).

  • Desirables:

  Experience or knowledge related to digital learning, adolescent or youth programming, skills development, or other technology-enabled development programmes.
