Job Description

  • Understand & implement Syngenta HSE & quality Policy & Standard.
  • To follow the standard work instructions for quality incoming inspection document for raw material, packaging material, supporting data administration, retained sample and packaging testing.

Accountabilities:

  • Implementation of HSE, Quality, & CAN-DO behaviour to all activities.
  • Conduct packaging testing and supporting if any NPI in packaging.
  • Conduct checking document incoming (CoA) for raw material and packaging material (compare between standard specification and COA received).
  • Maintain retain samples, in an organized manner and periodically dispose of sample per company and customer specifications.
  • Data and documentation for all incoming material, retained sample, production change over summary, and quality awareness summary.
  • Support QA/QC supervisor for any production trial, raw material/packaging material testing, and related complaint issue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum D4 qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in QA.
  • Understands and follows standard operating procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of Syngenta regulations and standards.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
