Food Truck Assistant - Part-Time

O'Reilly's Food-Court, Carrigrohane Road, is delighted to be recruiting a Part-Time Food Truck Assistant to join our experienced and friendly team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and serving freshly cooked food while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced food truck environment.

• Prepare and serve food in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced food service environment
• Follow all HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Handle customer payments accurately and in line with company procedures
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and replenishment as required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the food truck, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Ensure food preparation and cooking equipment is operated safely and maintained in good condition
• Respond professionally to customer queries and feedback
• Work effectively as part of a team to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the food truck
• Comply with all company policies and relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, in line with business requirements

• Good knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety procedures
