MES Coordinator

Your Key Responsibilites

• To develop, implement, and optimize seamless integration solutions between manufacturing equipment and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring efficient production processes, traceability, and continuous improvement.
• This role aims to support digitalization initiatives, enhance Industry 4.0 implementations, and contribute to successful production ramp-ups by collaborating across teams, providing technical expertise, and driving process excellence aligned with organizational goals and quality standards.
• Develop applications to connect machines and manufacturing processes to MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Create specification according to the requests of the production areas, suppliers and MES Core team.
• Create technical documentation (e.g. user guides and maintenance documentation)
• Take part in developing strategies and central/global MES projects
• Train, consult and support for traceability local users
• Develop local software solutions based on requirements and type of MES clients, by using the existing standards
• Initiate, plan, implement, control all activities of new production equipment and new product launches
• Participate at machine pre-acceptances, check and evaluate from MES point of view
• Prepare and submit requested reports according to the plant processes
• Optimization of Industrial environment with Industry 4.0 and Digitization
• Ensure fulfillment of project targets (scrap, waste time, use 5S, follow KPIs like FPY and OEE, continuous improvements, LL, minimize costs, etc.)
• Continuous improvement for production line (CIM, CBS, LL) Support.
• Support project team during equipment development and procurement.
• Cooperation on changes for production processes during industrialization and serial phase by applying valid change management procedures.
• Support Ramp up and release of new and transferred machines and processes according to valid procedures and on time
• Provide guidance to and share knowledge with team relating to area of specialization.
• Support to Production Line for smooth production.

Your Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field or equivalent education and experience require.Approx.

2-5 Years experience with Automotive Quality standardsElectromechanics, Automation Know-howPractical

Languages: English, Hindi and preferably Marathi
