Data Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDC data quality, CRF completion, query, and SDV metrics.
• Perform clinical data review, cleaning, reconciliation, and discrepancy management.
• Generate, review, and resolve data queries and programmed edit-check outputs.
• Develop and maintain data management documents, specifications, and study plans.
• Conduct UAT and validation of EDC screens, edit checks, and external data processes.
• Manage EDC user access, system support, and training for study teams and sites.
• Coordinate external data transfers, vendor reconciliation, and data-cleaning activities.
• Prepare data metrics and reports to support study tracking and decision-making.
• Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Health Sciences, or a related field
• 0-2 years of clinical data management experience
• Prior clinical research or site experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Mumbai Candidates preferred.
