We are looking for a Verifier

You’ll make a difference by:

• As an ERTMS / ETCS System / Kavach / TCAS Verifier for our products and solutions, you play a critical role in ensuring that safety-critical railway signaling systems meet specified requirements and comply with applicable safety and quality standards. You will contribute to the development of standardized products and their integration into international projects. Your responsibilities will span the entire verification lifecycle, from analyzing requirements and preparing verification plans to executing verification activities, reviewing evidence, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. With 5+ years of experience, the candidate is expected to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality verification results.

• Mandatory Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ERTMS/ETCS/Kavach/TCAS or similar railway signaling systems with exposure to system or software verification activities.

• Strong competency in system and software verification within safety-critical environments.

• Proficiency in railway safety standards and methodologies, including EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, and Safety Integrity Levels (SIL).

• Experience in requirements-based verification, verification planning, execution, and reporting.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of software systems and their intended application environments.

• Preferred Skills

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.

• Experience in requirements reviews, design reviews, inspections, and verification assessments.

• Familiarity with international safety standards and European conformity requirements (CENELEC standards).

• Experience in requirements traceability and compliance verification.

• Ability to analyze verification evidence and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and non-conformities.

• Knowledge of requirements and test management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Jira, or equivalent.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of system architecture, software functionality, and intended operational environment.

• Analyze system and software requirements for completeness, consistency, and verifiability.

• Create and maintain verification plans, specifications, procedures, and reports.

• Perform software and system verification activities to demonstrate compliance with allocated requirements.

• Develop and execute verification cases and evaluate verification results.

• Ensure bidirectional traceability between requirements, design, implementation, and verification evidence.

• Conduct reviews and analyses of requirements, designs, test results, and other verification artifacts.

• Identify, document, and track anomalies, defects, and non-conformities to closure.

• Support safety assessment activities by providing objective verification evidence for compliance with applicable standards and SIL requirements.

• Collaborate with global teams to integrate standardized products into international projects.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes, methods, and tools.

• Experience Range

• 5+ years of total experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in ERTMS/ETCS/Kavach/TCAS or similar railway signaling systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or equivalent).
