Chips Plant Officer - Security

· Brief the Security Supervisor/ guards on duties prior to move to duty location & debrief on completion of duty.

· Maintain shift wise attendance of all the security personnel and obtain signature on the Attendance Register.

· Proper deployment of security personnel, shift wise as per the authorized strength.

· Ensure proper implementation of Visitor’s Recording System & Casual Attendance System.

· Monitor scrap yard activity.

· Maintain the key register and the duplicate key box.

· Organize patrolling in the plant premises during day & night shift.

· Ensure security personnel discipline and turnout.

· Any incident and accident to be reported immediately to CSO/ HR/EHS.

· Comply all EHS requirement like emergency control, extinguish fire (if any )

· Regular review and ensure that the EHS compliance are fulfilled and reported to concerned as per mandatory guidelines.

· He will check the Material Invoice / Challan and tally with the Purchase Order (PO) given by the Purchase Department.

· Only after the checking and tallying the Invoice will the material vehicle be allowed to enter the plant.

· No material will be allowed to enter or move out of the plant without papers (Challan) with proper authority. (Stamp & Signature)

· No material will be by passed except in urgent case for which the instructions will be given by the Purchase Head.

· Record all non – returnable / returnable material and tally the signature with the specimen signatures of the authorized person.

· To make proper entry of the vehicle in the register.

· He will check the driving license, pollution certificate, fitness certificate, tanker TC & hazards good transportation license of the vehicle before it enters the plant.

               Conduct a thorough check of all incoming & outgoing vehicle-bonnet, cabin, toolbox etc.
