Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) – Program Management - The Graduate Apprentice Trainee will support end-to-end project execution activities within the Program Management function, ensuring effective coordination across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. The role offers exposure to vehicle development programs, project management practices, and automotive product development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking activities.
- Assist in monitoring project deliverables and Q-Gate readiness.
- Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (R&D, Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, and NPD) to ensure timely execution of program activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
- Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
- Support technical reviews, design reviews, and management presentations.
- Assist in series management and change management activities during vehicle development programs.
- Analyse project data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality requirements, and organizational processes.
Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- Recent graduates (2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle development processes is desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
