• Develop reusable functions and components.

2. Zoho Ecosystem Integration

Integrate Zoho Creator with:

• Zoho CRM
• Zoho Books
• Zoho Inventory
• Zoho Analytics
• Zoho People

• Other internal and third-party applications

Develop integrations using:

• REST APIs
• Webhooks

3. Business Process Automation

Work directly with business teams to automate processes such as:

• Dealer onboarding
• Dealer management
• Sales management
• Lead management
• Order management
• Dispatch tracking
• Installation/project management
• Service management
• Employee workflows
• Expense approvals
• Purchase approvals
• Customer enquiries
• PM Surya Ghar lead/login tracking
• Influencer/Loom Mitra management

4. Requirement Analysis

• Understand business requirements from Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Service and Management.
• Convert business requirements into application specifications.
• Prepare process flows and application architecture.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated.
• Recommend technology solutions based on business requirements.

5. Dashboard & MIS

Build management dashboards for:

• Sales
• Dealer productivity
• Orders
• Collections
• Inventory
• Dispatch
• Projects
• Service
• Employee productivity
• Business KPIs

Integrate data with Zoho Analytics wherever required.

6. Testing & Deployment

• Conduct unit and integration testing.
• Coordinate UAT with business teams.
• Identify and resolve bugs.
• Manage application releases and changes.
• Maintain development, testing and production environments.
• Document application architecture and workflows.

7. Application Support

• Monitor applications after deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Improve existing applications based on user feedback.
• Maintain application security and access controls.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of business applications.
