Senior Technical Writer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to develop compelling, customer-focused technical content that supports product marketing, thought leadership, and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, transform complex technical information into clear and engaging narratives, and ensure content aligns with corporate standards, SEO best practices, and business objectives.

• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to priorities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify topics, define audiences, and gather supporting technical materials.
• Interview technical experts and translate complex concepts into clear, customer-focused content.
• Create, edit, and refine content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and impact.
• Follow corporate templates, style guidelines, approval processes, and version-control requirements.
• Apply SEO/AEO best practices to improve content discoverability and search performance.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate content creation while validating technical accuracy.
• Ensure publishing readiness by coordinating content, visuals, references, and formatting aligned with product positioning.

• Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality content while meeting project deadlines.
• Ensure content adheres to corporate templates, brand guidelines, terminology, and approval processes.
• Optimize content using SEO and AEO best practices to improve discoverability across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, storyboarding, drafting, and content refinement while maintaining technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and aligned with product positioning and business objectives.
• Maintain content quality, consistency, and publishing readiness, including supporting assets, references, and formatting requirements.
