Responsibilities

• Execute the complete installation of residential solar systems in strict adherence to approved Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
• Manage logistics for material transport and ensure all sites are fully prepared and ready for deployment.
• Perform technical installation tasks, including mounting structures, photovoltaic modules, earthing systems, cabling, and inverter setup.
• Oversee necessary civil engineering works, such as constructing foundations for structural supports and earthing pits.
• Configure and activate Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) to ensure optimal system performance tracking.
• Deliver comprehensive system demonstrations and provide foundational training to end-users regarding operation and maintenance.
• Enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accurate completion of pre-installation and post-installation documentation.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive project coordination.
• Maintain real-time project status updates within Zoho Projects and other relevant management applications.
• Monitor the progress of both residential and commercial solar initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to accelerate the approval process for project designs and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline
• Freshers will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Office• Clear and assertive communication skills
• Proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Ability to think critically and organize work assignments based on priority
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Takes complete accountability of assignments• Willingness to learn
