Hands on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Solid analytical skills
Curiosity and interest in analyzing, understanding process in depth.
Proactive handling of files for potential recovery.
Interacting with US based attorneys, insurance companies and hospitals.
Notifying other parties of the recovery interest; conferring with them concerning settlement.
Maintaining accurate file documentation.
Responding timely to all electronic, written and verbal communications.
Using available resources to investigate on paid claims.
Reviewing and evaluating accident or incident reports, individual claims, medical or other documents relating to funds paid.
Adhering to established settlement authority levels.
Evaluation, Aggressive negotiation and recoveries.
Maintaining a high level of productivity, Quality and confidentiality
Should be capable of taking on additional responsibilities as a senior executive and contributing ideas to improve processes, while developing the skills needed to progress to the next level as an assistant manager.
Qualifications:
12th Grade
Experience:
3 to 6 years’ experience in an international voice process.
US Healthcare Experience preferred
