What we do:

  • End-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion
  • Curated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities
  • Program planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations
  • Hosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience
  • Impact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes

As we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Go-To-Market Operations Manager to drive the execution of our GTM strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy Development:

  • Assist in formulating and refining GTM strategies for demand generation across Enterprise, Mid-market and SMB segments
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform GTM planning

Demand generation:

  • Execute Community Engagement initiatives for EMEA business such as an annual summit, quarterly webinars, city-wise community meets, conferences from external ecosystem players
  • Lead demand generation across inbound and outbound channels such as Email-led Outreach, Organic Search, Paid Marketing, Social-media led Outreach and website
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of GTM initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align GTM efforts
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to streamline processes

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Analyze data to provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of GTM strategies and operations.

Project Management:

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for GTM projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a tier-1 undergraduate school such as IITs / BITS Pilani / DTU / SRCC / LSR / St. Stephens; MBA is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B GTM Ops, marketing, sales operations, or related roles. Any experience in the European market will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
