We are looking for a Lead Assistant Manager to support EXL's content management capabilities for Sales, Marketing, and Bid Management teams.
In this role, you will support the ongoing success of the Highspot and Responsive platforms by assisting with user adoption, training, content governance, process improvements, and platform enhancements. Working closely with the platform lead and business stakeholders, you will help gather requirements, coordinate platform changes, support new feature rollouts, and ensure users can effectively leverage both platforms to improve productivity, content quality, and the overall bid and sales enablement experience.
You will also contribute to change management initiatives, user support, reporting and analytics, content management activities, and continuous improvement efforts that align the platforms with evolving business needs and strategic objectives.
Support the Highspot and Responsive platforms including governance, configuration, and performance.
Support content governance activities, including content reviews, metadata management, tagging strategies, and content lifecycle processes.
Drive adoption across the organisation through engagement, communication, and enablement support.
Monitor platform adoption and usage metrics, preparing reports and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements
Work with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business needs, and translate them into platform improvements.
Support process and platform updates, ensuring teams are informed, prepared, and supported through transitions.
Troubleshoot platform issues, managing resolution through to completion in a timely manner.
Assist with user administration activities, including onboarding, access management and distribution list maintenance.
Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
Support and deliver training to upskill users and share best practices.
Support platform changes, from idea through to implementation and post-launch support.
Support the testing, validation, and rollout of new platform features and enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform processes align with business objectives and user requirements.
Participate in vendor calls to address issues and learn about platform changes.
Bachelor's degree
Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms, or sales enablement technologies.
Experience with sales enablement and content management platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, Allego, or Mindtickle is desirable.
Understanding of content governance and content lifecycle management.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
Proven experience with Bid and Solutioning processes is desirable.
A good understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organisation.
Experience with training delivery and supporting end users.
Experience creating user documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles
Experience supporting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and platform releases is desirable.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
