Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to develop and test software modules based on client requirements and prepare project documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Areas of responsibility

Gathering of requirements-Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.

Coding and Configuration-"Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, in alignment with client requirements ensuring proper integration with system components.

Testing and Trial Runs-"Execute testing for assigned modules, validate functionality across required interactions, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

Implementation-Participate in implementation of software application and its integration with other systems to ensure stability.

Maintain Documentation-Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status, while presenting information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code.

Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.

ServiceNow Developer (Employee center+ Virtual agent+ Integration

We are looking for a ServiceNow developer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality ServiceNow development solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications, ITSM + Employee center+ Virtual agent+ Integration

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive hands-on experience of working with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
• Knowledge on CI Foundation Data Alignment to best practice, Standardized multi-source CMDB data structure.

Experience in implementing and developing ITSM + Employee center+ Virtual agent+ Integration

on ServiceNow platform

• Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and documentation
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT operations management concepts
• Experience in using ServiceNow plugins and MID Server configurations.
• Interpersonal skills should be strong to manage Business and Product owners.
• Strong logical thinking for real time solution and scenarios.
• Listening with Architect and other stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Must have CSA and should CAD certifications.
