Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and implement software applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain application components, interfaces, APIs, and integrations.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, bugs, and performance issues.

Application Support & Maintenance

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for production applications.
• Monitor application performance and proactively address issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Software Lifecycle Management

• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Support release management, change management, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational development and governance standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, analysts, architects, and project managers to understand requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendation on application improvements.

Quality, Security & Compliance

• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute unit and integration testing.
• Follow secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation standards.
• Support audit and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in software development and application support.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments is preferred.
