Sr Project Manager for insurance client
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs and strategic initiatives, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and executive-level outcomes
Act as Secretariat for SteerCo, Delivery Action Team (DAT), and strategic governance forums, ensuring effective coordination and decision tracking
Support New Demand Pathway to enhance delivery efficiency and portfolio throughput
Define program operating model, governance cadence, delivery roadmap, milestone plans, and accountability structure across business, technology, data, risk, and compliance stakeholders
Provide embedded PMO/delivery support to create portfolio capacity and enable focus on execution
Drive continuous improvement and value creation across delivery processes
Champion Agile portfolio management practices and provide training on portfolio frameworks
Act as the interface between delivery teams and central PMO/APO services
Enable data governance and regulatory compliance through alignment with risk and compliance teams
Manage integration, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams
Manage interdependent workstreams, vendor/client teams, senior stakeholders, and delivery leads to ensure integrated execution and timely resolution of blockers
Govern backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with strategic goals, funding, and stakeholder expectations
Support Agile program execution including quarterly planning and sprint alignment across multiple squads
Lead stakeholder communication and reporting, including SteerCos, dashboards, and status updates across geographies
Drive RAID management, including risk mitigation, escalation, and issue resolution
Support financial analysis and decision-making, including cost-benefit, cost of delay, and prioritization trade-offs
Own program-level financial tracking, resource planning, capacity management, benefits realization, and leadership reporting to support informed investment decisions
Enable cross-geography collaboration through structured planning and effective communication
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or delivery leadership roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned to strategic business goals
Proven experience as a Lead Project Manager or Program Manager managing multiple workstreams, senior stakeholder forums, delivery governance, RAID logs, resource plans, and executive reporting
Able to depict and explain the importance of complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; educate SBU/department(s) on business vision and plan and the impact of change.
Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; strong leadership skills.
Ability to operate independently in a client-facing leadership role, drive governance conversations, manage escalations, and align delivery teams with program objectives.
Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily.
Strong problem solver with demonstrated ability to lead a team to push the solutions and progress.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.

Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working with or in Agile teams
Strong understanding of hybrid, Agile, and waterfall delivery models, with ability to tailor governance, planning, and reporting practices based on program complexity and stakeholder needs
