Foreman

• Perform Duties as per MMR 1961.
• Plan, supervise, and execute blasting operations in accordance with safety standards
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of explosives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures before blasting.
• Supervise and manage mining operations during the assigned shift to ensure smooth production
• Ensure consistent quality and adequate quantity of limestone delivered to the plant in compliance with quality and production targets
• Allocate manpower and machinery effectively for optimum productivity
• Prepare daily reports related to HEMM utilisation, productivity and cost
