Deputy Director - SAP & Oracle HRMS

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in HR, IT, Systems, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Relevant SAP and/or Oracle certifications will be preferred.
Experience
12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP HR, Oracle HRMS, HR technology, ERP, or enterprise application management.
Strong experience in managing HRMS implementation, support, integration, and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage functional and technical aspects of SAP and Oracle HRMS applications and related modules.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, enhancement, testing, deployment, and maintenance of HRMS solutions.
  • Ensure effective management of HR processes including employee master data, organizational structure, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll interfaces, performance management, transfers, promotions, separation, and other HR processes, as applicable.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HRMS solutions.
  • Review system configurations and ensure alignment with approved HR policies and processes.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new module implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM/Oracle HRMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and their implementation through technology.
  • Knowledge of HRMS integrations, APIs, data migration, interfaces, and enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of payroll, attendance, recruitment, performance management, employee lifecycle, and other HR technology processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Understanding of database concepts and enterprise application architecture.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, project management, change management, and service management practices will be an advantage.
