Business Analyst - RPA

Ideal attributes :

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and status reporting

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data

• Prior RPA exposure

Key Responsibilities :

Design

• Review PDD and Business Case with the RPA team

• Review SIPOC documentation

with the RPA team

• Review RPA Teams User Stories and sprint alignment

• Help define MVPs / Phases for the bot in coordination with the RPA team and Onshore BA team

Development

• Participate in Sprint Planning sessions and huddles

• Take part in Sprint Working build reviews / Demos

• Attend Daily RPA Stand-up meetings

• Field any ad-hoc development and design questions from RPA team

• Review RPA solution with Onshore BA team to ensure the solution meets business requirements

• Release Hypercare Support

Hypercare Daily check-ins

with RPA development pod

• Monitor bots transaction volume and usage / utilization

Production Control

• Monitor bots in Production, reporting on bot health

• Alert Onshore BA and RPA team to bot productivity issues

• Assist RPA team on production triage of issues

Requirements

• 2+ Experience in RPA
• Good Communication Skills.
