ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to build and enhance Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management. This person develops scalable components using Apex and LWC, while integrating third-party systems through REST and Metadata APIs. Independent, hands-on execution within a cross-functional team is central here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.

• Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.

MUST HAVES

4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications .

• Strong proficiency in Apex , including triggers, controllers, and test classes.

• Lightning development, with strong hands-on LWC experience.

SOQL and SOSL .

• Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Service Cloud .

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.

• Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services .

• Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.

• Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes .

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

• Experience with telephony/CTI integrations within Salesforce.

• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

• Familiarity with complex data models and large-scale implementations.

• Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools.

• Experience supporting integrations with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with AI-driven tools or services, such as predictive analytics, machine learning APIs, or generative AI platforms.

• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, such as Einstein features or AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

• Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.

• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts or applying generative AI tools within business applications.

• Familiarity with data preparation, governance, and security considerations for AI-enabled solutions.
