HR Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across South Indian states/regions .
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media .
• Handle South India hiring , particularly candidates from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
• Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Understand regional talent markets and effectively source local candidates .
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain hiring TAT.
• Manage offer roll-outs, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Must have experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
