RPA Developer – Automation Anywhere + Python

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and Python to design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Develop Python scripts to support automation and integrate different systems.
• Handle end-to-end bot development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Integrate RPA solutions with applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Work with databases and perform data manipulation using SQL queries.
• Implement proper exception handling, logging, and error management.
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Follow version control and release management processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain automation standards.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience in end-to-end RPA bot development, deployment, and support.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
• Understanding of exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring practices.
• Familiarity with version control and release management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of Document Automation or IQ Bot.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
