Chinese-speaking Guide

Icelandia Travel Agency is seeking a positive, energetic, and Chinese-speaking tour guide to join our exciting and diverse team for tours this fall. This is an exciting role that involves working with guests eager to witness the Iceland's great natural wonders.

Icelandia Travel Agency is a leading travel company in Iceland. We employ over 600 people who are dedicated to providing outstanding experiences for our guests. Our services range from bus tours to customized adventure trips.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing professional guiding and creating good memories with guests.
• Actively participating in tour preparation and being visible and accessible on-site.
• Ensuring guest safety and working in accordance with the company’s. environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Performing other tasks as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• Excellent spoken Chinese and English is required – other languages are a plus.
• Experience in guiding is necessary and education in guiding is a strong advantage.
• Category D driving license is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Independent and organized work habits, along with neatness and punctuality.
• Positivity, initiative, and a service-minded attitude.
