In thisOperation Managerrole you will, reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities:
- Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;
- Assuring highest care about People management (Blue Collars);
- Managing directly Shift Leader and Team Leader;
- Managing operational standards;
- Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
- Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
- Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;
What we need from you:
- Bachelor Degree;
- At least 3 years in a some role in Supply Chain/Manufactoring Industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership attitude and managing people
- English Fluent
Salary Range: € 46.000 - € 55.000
