YOUR ROLE

Position of reliability engineer for Smart Power Technology Platform Reliability characterization and qualification. Aim of the position is:

  • to support the definition of the reliability qualification plans for basic components and layers of new or transferred Smart Power BCD technologies;
  • to ensure proper reliability characterization and qualification of dielectric layers;
  • to execute the reliability stress tests and electrical characterization measurements planned in the qualification programs;
  • to analyze the electrical data, to perform all the needed drift analyses and to support the release of the qualification reports.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Master degree in physics or electronic engineering.
  • Knowledge of main reliability failure mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of technology steps and features.
  • Good knowledge of programming fundamentals and statistical methods/tools for data analysis.
  • Good knowledge of LabVIEW and/or Python software

The expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role. ​

In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
