Learning & Development Specialist

At SD Worx, training is at the heart of how we strengthen performance, enable growth and prepare our organisation for the future. SD Worx Italy is entering a new chapter. Following the integration of F2A into SD Worx, we are now preparing for a full transition to the SD Worx way of working. This creates a unique opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional who enjoys working in evolving environments and helping people navigate change.

What will you do?

1. Training delivery & change enablement – your core focus

• Design and facilitate learning experiences that support business transformation

• Deliver impactful workshops, training sessions and development programmes in Italian and English

• Guide managers and employees through organisational change

• Translate business changes into practical learning journeys

• Facilitate discussions, manage resistance and create engagement

2. L&D projects with a data-driven approach

• You contribute to learning projects linked to business impact.

• Work on L&D projects focused on training effectiveness and capability building

• Use data and feedback to identify needs and recommend actions

• Bring your own analytical mindset and experience into the team

• Follow up on planning, actions and risks within projects

3. Talent SPOC in your Markets

• You connect Learning & Development with the business.

• Ensure correct application of Talent processes in your Market(s)/segment

• Maintain overview and alignment across initiatives

• Build strong internal relationships and act as a trusted advisor

4. Learning design linked to projects

• You translate insights into learning solutions.

• Develop workshops based on project outcomes

• Improve existing trainings and propose new formats

• Focus on practical application and behaviour change

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluent Italian and English, both required for training delivery

• Proven experience in training, facilitation or talent development

• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes

• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels of the organisation

• Resilience and confidence in environments where change creates uncertainty or resistance

• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills

• Ability to balance empathy with a results-oriented mindset

Location: SD Worx Milano Office & willing to travel occasionally across Europe

Nice to have:

• Other language skills besides Italian and English

• Experience with learning tools or HR systems

• Knowledge of adult learning principles
