Housekeeping Supervisor

At W Rome, we don't just clean rooms, we create unforgettable first impressions. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the flawless presentation of our guestrooms and public spaces, ensuring every detail reflects the energy, style, and luxury of the W brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily room inspections and ensure all guestrooms, suites and public areas meet W Rome's luxury standards.
• Coordinate room assignments and cleaning priorities to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Partner closely with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
• Monitor room status, resolve discrepancies and communicate updates to relevant departments.
• Support the Housekeeping leadership team in the daily management of the department.
• Ensure all service, cleanliness, safety and brand standards are consistently achieved.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism, urgency and genuine care.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspire, support and develop a team of Room Attendants and Housekeeping Team Members.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance coaching.
• Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Lead by example through visibility, accountability and hands-on operational support.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across all hotel departments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are energetic, organized and passionate about hospitality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an exceptional eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• English proficiency; Italian is an advantage.
