FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will shape financial health by partnering with Operations, Procurement, and R&D to drive profitability, support budgeting, and manage CapEx. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the annual planning process and manage short-term P&L forecasts in close collaboration with fab management
• Monitor monthly spending, deliver management reports, and translate variance analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze wafer cost structures and partner with Operations to drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Leverage advanced data tools to automate and standardize financial reporting
• Serve as a trusted financial partner, translating data into actionable goals for frontline decision-makers
• Track CapEx and depreciation to support long-term investment decisions

(Scope of change)　There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong foundational knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, or accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Business-level fluency in Chinese
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures

1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company

2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
