Security Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee all matters related to the security of the Hotel, its guests, visitors and staff.
• Supervise all security personnel, including contracted security companies.
• Coordinate crisis management, contingency planning, and counter-terrorism procedures.
• Oversee hotel asset protection programs, security reviews, and building risk assessments.
• Conduct investigations into theft, loss, accidents, and security incidents, and provide timely reports.
• Coordinate and deliver safety and security training to ensure compliance and preparedness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security operations, risk assessment, and loss prevention within hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop security teams and external contractors.
• Sound knowledge of crisis management, emergency response planning, business continuity, and incident handling procedures.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external authorities.
• Ability to conduct security training, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of customer service in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills is highly preferred.
