Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme
Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track twelve months job rotation, which serves as a catalyst for career development. The programme serves as a strategic talent pipeline, aimed at nurturing future leaders by immersing participants in meaningful, real-world work and cross-functional learning experiences
The components of the programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge with valuable insights, the 'know-how' to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.
The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customized learning and development opportunities.
Develop, implement and support software applications in accordance with information systems requirements of the organization and ensure that software applications are available for use 24/7.

Main Responsibilities:
· Application Development: Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of in-house software applications, gaining practical experience across the software development lifecycle.
· Business Application Support: Provide first-line support for business applications by responding to user queries, troubleshooting system issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring optimal application performance and user satisfaction.
· Systems Analysis & Process Improvement: Assist in identifying business requirements, analyzing user needs, and recommending technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
· Documentation & Quality Assurance: Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, system specifications, and process workflows while participating in application testing and quality assurance activities.
· Systems Integration & APIs: Gain exposure to system integration projects by supporting the development, testing, and maintenance of interfaces, APIs, and data exchange processes between business systems.
· Business Continuity & Data Management: Assist in ensuring system reliability through backup management, recovery procedures, data integrity checks, and business continuity initiatives.
· Digital Transformation Projects: Contribute to technology and innovation projects aimed at improving system capabilities, automating processes, and enhancing user experience across the organization.
· Special Projects: Participate in strategic departmental projects and technology initiatives, including system upgrades, new application implementations, process automation, and other priority projects assigned throughout the year.
· Learning & Professional Development: Engage in structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional learning opportunities to build technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong foundation in information systems management.
Educational Qualifications
· Master’s or bachelor's degree in computer science/information sciences
· Systems Analysis and Design qualification desirable.
· Microsoft or Oracle certifications desirable.
Relevant Experience
· Maximum of one years of relevant experience including internships, freelance, in Web application development; mobile application development and database management
· Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
