- Stock Controlling/Monitoring; tracking and verify stock in by comparing with order list PO), make sure qualities & quantities are efficiently
- Manage Stock out with Service Order (service & whole sales) or other documents support needed (SO)
- Warehouse management; organizing storage with efficiently storing and handing of inventory
- Ensures Facility is clean and organized at all times
- Follows all hazardous waste and safety regulations and company policies
- Heavy machinery repair skill is a plus
- Checking JCB/FUSO/MAHANDRA/AJAX Part Number and Prices catalog
- Tracking all customers checking spare parts both internal & external in customer fill rate
- Checking and verifying spare parts in system is available or need to order
- Process Re-Order form after confirmation & data all information in Master list Or-Order
- Fill information (data input) and send to Logistic costing
- Local purchase tracking.
