Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of TikTok LIVE creator events and initiatives.
* Develop and implement programs to support creator growth and engagement on the platform.
* Support day-to-day event operations, including event scheduling, copywriting, XFN communication, and execution.
* Monitor event performance and creator engagement, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to optimize event performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution and promotion of creator events and related initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Event Management, or a related discipline.
* Having experience in event, content, or creator/influencer operations within the live streaming, e-commerce, gaming, or IT industry.
* Working languages are Korean and English; Proficiency in Korean is required primarily to facilitate coordination and communication with Korean counterpart partners.
* Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret operational data.
* Strong communication, coordination, execution, and project management skills.
* Strong interest in the creator economy, live streaming, and digital content.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with graphic, image, or video editing/design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
* Strong sense of content trends and understanding of the Korean creator/live-streaming ecosystem.
* Portfolio submission is highly preferred, especially examples of event planning, content creation, graphic/video design, or creator-related projects.
