About this Position

The Global Quality group brings quality management system, platform, and standards together to drive Henkel’s business operations and quality performance. The Henkel Quality team is one of the key sites contributing to the achievement of Henkel’s operations and quality targets. As part of the Global Quality group, we have opportunities to develop our careers and grow professionally.

We are currently hiring for two Quality Engineer positions at different locations in Korea: one position at the Eumseong site and one position at the Cheonan site.

What you´ll do

• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Analyze quality complaints and defects, and support continuous improvement activities
• Drive production qualifications and implement quality plans
• Lead and support internal and external quality activities to ensure compliance with Henkel and customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to execute quality-related activities

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Industrial) or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred; Internship or project experience related to quality assurance, manufacturing, or process improvement
• Understanding of quality tools and methodologies, including CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Business-level English communication skills; Valid driver's license (preferred for site commuting and customer visits)
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
