Food & Beverage Bartender - Bonny Moon Beach Club

We are now accepting applications for the following position

FOD & BEVERAGE BARTENDER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Welcome guests arriving at the bar
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
• Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
• Record transactions in the POS system correctly and in a timely manner
• Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
• Clean bar, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
• Follow opening and closing duties of the bar operation
• Follow all recipes and drinks standards
• Help the team to develop the beverage program offerings
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar is essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in environment with time constraints.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Beverage and wine knowledge required.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently.
• Must maintain a professional image.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs; sit, stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to work outside of normal business hours (i.e. evenings, weekends and public holidays, as needed)
• Be able to work inside and outside under various weather conditions

Salary: USD$8.00- USD$10.00 per hour + gratuities

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
