Получение заявок и отправка запросов на закуп материально-технических ресурсов (оборудования, материалов, запасных частей и пр.) Изучение рынка материальных ресурсов. Анализ предложений поставщиков с учетом возможности поставщиков в части ассортимента, объема и качества продукции. Согласование условий и сроков поставок материальных ресурсов. Подготовка и заключение договоров с поставщиками. Обеспечение доставки материальных ресурсов в соответствии со сроками, определенными договорами, до центрального склада компании. Последующее распределение ресурсов со склада компании на участки, в соответствии с запросами на закуп. Эффективный учет материальных ценностей компании, имеющихся на центральном складе, для недопущения закупа избыточной продукции. Подготовка претензий к поставщикам при нарушении ими договорных обязательств и составление расчетов по этим претензиям. Контроль мин-макс в 1С. Контроль за правильностью предъявленных к оплате счетов и других расчетных документов поставщиков и обеспечение своевременной передачи этих документов для оплаты. Ведение практики предпочтительной закупки сырья у предприятий, осуществляющих продажу на условиях частичной предоплаты
