SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCE

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly and annual accounts by allocating costs and overheads and ensuring group’s financial policies and controls are followed in order to assist the management on the company performance.
  • Finalize income/balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis by checking the records and passing necessary entries in order to make available the financial information timely for decision making.
  • Preparing of schedules for taxes, VAT, Stamp duty etc. and any other statutory payments and ensure relevant returns are submitted to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and liaising with government authorities if necessary.
  • Manage and facilitate the function in ERP System by coordinating with vendors and internal staff for issues and to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Collection follow up on debtors and review Accounts Receivable aging to ensure group credit policy compliances.
  • Prepare audit schedules by providing necessary details and assisting them as required in order to ensure financial controls and practices are followed ethically and accurately.
  • Annual budget preparation and Do analysis of past data and market situations and provide input for the annual budgeting process.
  • Provide monthly information for the management for decision making.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 passes for A/L's OR successful completion of UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy /Finance and partly qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA
  • Minimum of 03 year relevant experience in accounting filed.
  • Good command of English both written and verbal.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Sound knowledge in SAP will be definite advantage
